I'm reading the red pill handbook and I'm on the part called how to know you're alpha by Illimitableman and I was looking down at the points but came to this one and can't understand what it means and need help to figure out what it means please help:

You see women as passive beings in the dating game to be acquired/seduced, not same-level equalists who are negotiated into contact. Attraction is not negotiable.
