One small adjustment i'd make (in my opinion and from my experience). They CAUSE chaos then run from accountability and responsibility.

I don't find women avoiding "Adversity" at all. I see the opposite. They all seem to have a chip on their shoulder. They have been indoctrinated all too well into the belief that they are tough badasses. Who can blame them? Feminist propaganda belches day and night from TV networks, streaming services, print media and movies. When it comes right down to it they are weak. So weak, some women are questioning the policy of putting women in combat troops in the U S. military. If women were as tough as they believe - they'd eagerly sign up for selective service so they'd be eligible to be drafted in wartime. If they would, the other qualities of "Accountability" and "Responsibility", would be unquestionable.
