This is just my opinion, but whatever the fuck you like. Not saying this is you OP, but many guys come on here looking to finding a personality. All those TRP books/podcast/videos you ingest are just tools that should be used and applied in your life, not become your life.

You can lift 5x a week with 10 plates spinning, all while watching Japanese slice of life animes in your free time. Don’t get caught up in some perceived picture of a “manly man” and end up becoming a 1-dimensional robot with no depth or personality.

That being said, it’s not really a website, but podcasts are great. I especially Jocko’s podcast and aswell Entrepreneurs in Cars.
