Relatively new to TRP

So I was talking with this one girl about our favorite cities, and I mentioned how DC has some sketchy areas. The conversation then went like this:

Her: but I think all cities have their sketchy parts

Me: except for Chicago—that is the safest city of all

Her: laughs

I know this seems kind of like a stupid question, but is this what “holding frame” looks like?
