Went out on a first date last night to a couple of bars.

She was very feminine and giggly at points. And our legs were immediately touching at first spot. Absolutely zero shit testing though. Felt chemistry, but nothing crazy.

At second spot, I sat next to her once more and tried to keep our legs in contact. However, she kept rearranging her legs so there wasn’t contact so I stopped trying and didn’t try to escalate kino.

Because of this, I assumed asking her back to my place would not be tasteful and assumed a second date would be needed to warm her up more. So I stopped trying to escalate. She also mentioned she was going to drive home - she’s living with parents, in between jobs.

I walked her to her car with my arm around her shoulder. She reciprocated putting her arm around my waist. We kissed at her car lightly, wasn’t passionate. I initiated. She seemed a little apprehensive about it. But then she questioned her car being able to make it up my driveway since I live on a rugged mtn top. It was said very indirectly, so much I had trouble deciphering what it meant. I didn’t want to come across uncalibrated so once more I suppressed my desire to invite her back. And we parted ways.

When you’ve been in situations where the girls interest was not readily discernible, we’re you still able to close first date? Or did it take a couple?
