How do you handle a girl who only hits you up for conversation when she needs to talk about her problems or a boy she’s talking to?

Obviously the go to is to next her but I’m curious if it’s possible to get something out of it?

“Yeah hit me up when you’re ready to vid chat and talk about happy shit”

Something to that effect.
