Imo it's more about becoming free from the leverage sex had on you.

When you see that female coworker suddenly acting nice when she asks for help you know how the game goes, what she's doing and that she's used to use her sexual leverage.

Ofc, it's better to fake ignorance and fly under the radar.

I'm not sure I will ever come to terms with how I could have been like those blue pill guys. I don't know if I can ever forgive myself. But I have never been happier. This is a new complex feeling I have never felt before.
