I was that guy in my early twenties who heard men I worked with tell me to never get married, that it's just a disaster waiting to happen. To me it just seemed they married the wrong woman. I now know, all of not most women are just down right wicked.

I married 4 years ago, everything was great.... So I thought. My soon to be ex wife came from another country where I thought women were more decent than American's with their superficial bullshit. Boy was I wrong. I started to notice traits in her as time went on. She argued with me constantly and when she didn't get her way, it turned explosive. There were a few times she threaten to kill herself, this is after my daughter was born. Anyway, fast forward to early last year, I became sick and had to stop working at my good paying job. Everything was then my fault. I began to see through the cracks at what she was really after... Money and status. When I couldn't provide these things she started to tell me she didn't love me anymore and that she was talking with old flings. This seriously pissed me off in the way that I wasted time and money on this woman.

I filed for divorce a few weeks ago and she up and left with my daughter. I haven't seen my daughter in almost three weeks. Yesterday I was served with a restraining order via domestic violence. (I've never hit her, though she's hit me, and tried to commit suicide on a few occasions) I'm not shocked as she is with a woman who has gone the same route claiming domestic violence toward her ex husband. (She also is from the same country as my soon to be ex) Thankfully the order was denied but I still have to show up in court. She's even trying to get full custody of our daughter. Her arguments in the order were so ridiculous and bogus that I think she won't win it at all. My lawyer will be present there at the hearing. I'm now on SSDI, thankfully I can scrap by with that income. I'm going for 100 percent custody.

I will be very happy once I purged this asshole out of my life for good, other than perhaps dealing with our daughter. I have another 16 years then I'm truly free.

In conclusion, don't ever fucking marry. It's just a trap. No matter how good it seems, just don't. In fact don't even get into a relationship period.
