The entire comment section is a shitshow. So where to begin?
I love when men talk about their hunter bodies. Like, dude, we stopped group hunting long ago.
Its almost like evolutionary bodily differences became obsolete a long time ago because we developed technology for ourselves.
Also, hunting is mostly done with rifles, handguns and shotguns, you need strong arms and sharp eyes to use them well, but not an amazing body.
Based. I really like camping, hiking, probably hunting (never hunted, since kosher hunting is pretty damn complicated plus I am a minor) and shooting (yet I never shot anything yet but an airgun), but come on, none of those tasks are gendered for a reason, or necessary for anyone in a modern, highly technological society to live. The thing that truly matters today is your mind and skills. Strength is OK, but just isn't very important today.
Hahaha. Remember that comics about what happened to those two geeky engineers after societal collapse? Yeah, strength does not matter today! right?
And I love it more taking into account that new studies say that women also hunted and men also taked care of the children
They didn't. Even in modern hunter-gather societies women do not hunt.
They always seem to look like one hunt would cause their hearts to explode.
It's even funnier when you see those people and how they look. None of them would survive even a single hunt with their bodies, yet they somehow dare to talk about it as if it's even remotely relevant. If anything, the brain is now what's the most important and what brings food to the table, so the "strong men" has no leg to stand on.
They always seem to look like one hunt would cause their hearts to explode.
Lol. My grandfather used to kill chickens with a tight slap. These pansies think men are weak? haha.
Don't forget that their interpretation of early humans is completely misinformed! Women also did all those things back then.
No. They didn't.
But for real though, I am so over these biological determinism arguments. Especially as an anthro grad...
, you can shove it.
