Let's look at drug culture. All human beings would love to just take the edge off or to get speedy and endorphiny. We'd also love getting those sensations for free. However, not all humans take drugs. A lot of it's circumstantial such as how you were raised, your education, your experiences with drugs, etc. A lot of it's social such as if you're with people who think it's cool to take drugs. However, the urge is there. Some people handle it by building long term gratification by doing things like lifting or reading, others take drugs, others do neither and just let themselves be miserable, and everything in between.

It's accurate to say that all people are like that; it's inaccurate to say that all people take drugs. We can understand a lot about people by learning how those traits manifest in different contexts. Using that knowledge, drug dealers sell drugs, advertisers sell products, politicians get elected, businessmen do transactions, and the world spins. Psychology would be incomplete without understanding that this trait is a fundamental aspect of how people are and if you don't understand it, you're going to have some bad social interactions.

AWALT is like that. Saying "All women cheat during every vacation" is as wrong as saying that all teenagers take drugs but saying that all women have the kinds of traits that cause a number of them to cheat is as reasonable as saying that all teenagers have the traits that cause a number of them to take drugs. Again, a lot of it's circumstantial and social. In our delinquent slutty feminist culture, most women do the analogous counterpart of taking drugs, but that's not really what AWALT means. We're looking at underneath it all to what makes RPWs want to be good wives, sluts be sluts, and fats be fat.

I don't mean to dress up AWALT as being too nebulous and vague to be practical. There's a very practical way to understand what AWALT means. AWALT simply means that all women are accurately described by red pill theories. We have a very wide network of theories, far too wide to describe in one post, that can explain why women of all types do whatever they do from cheating to baking to divorce raping to sucking dicks in parking lots to being insecure. AWALT just means that no woman is except from that framework.
