Fellow QA testers out there: how do you move from beta testing to alpha testing? I feel like I’ve worked my way well into this job being a beta tester but I’m not able to move to alpha testing. I want to bring this up to my manager but I don’t know how.

How would you suggest going about this? If it were me I would get rid of beta testing all together and stick with alpha testing. I’m not a beta cuck so i don’t think I should be part of this team but during the pandemic I don’t want to stir the pot too much.
