*The most valuable books you've read on your RP journey* (and why) IllerInstinct February 13, 2020 1 upvotes /r/askTRP I'll start: Mission Stephen Comey - 7 Habits of Highly Effective People - got me to stop thinking about my "circle of concern" and start focusing on my "circle of influence", which is one of the most transformative positive changes I've made in my life in the last 5 years. Jeff Olson - The Slight Edge - underscores the importance of small, positive habits and the compound interest such habits have: good for motivation if you're not seeing results as quick as you'd like. Donald Trump - The Art of the Deal - only the first, more general section is valuable, you can stop reading when he starts breaking down his day-to-day activities. 48 Laws of Power - TRP classic, although I find this a bit contradictory and less worthwhile than many others. Women Rollo Tomassi - The Rational Male [nothing needs to be said] AMS - Alpha Male Strategies [perfect if you're single/not looking for a relationship. It has some good RP content, but the layout is a bit weird and all over the place so not well structured] David Deida - The Way of the Superior Man [perfect if you're in an LTR]
