I had both a simp and feminist friend before and the Feminist friend is the most toxic. So I had a feminist friend who i considered a friend (note: didn't know the whole 99% of feminists are shit thing and I didn't know she was a feminist even) anyway I once brought up an argument about how housewives back then had it easy and how if women fought in wars and men cooked they would consider it awesome obviously and when I brought that up she got triggered and called me misogynistic 🤷🏾‍♂️ it was fault for not seeing the red flag. Anyway long story short, she gaslighted me after leaving on seen expecting me to magically know that her sister came over and she was busy when she left me on read without saying she's gonna take a break from chatting, got blocked for getting mad and it affected me cause expressing emotions only to be gaslighted can really affect you but anywho i got over it quickly and moved on. As for simp friend, he gets treated like a fool by the girls of a GC I'm in and when the girls act Stupid and I roast them, he comes in defending them and indirectly exposing secrets so I just cut him off and blocked him.
