This stuff is so subjective and individual, and there are so many variables that no advice here will do you good. (e.g. what do you mean LTR? Just being exlusive or living together? What are the cohabitation laws in your jurisdiction? etc.)

Just don't make any legally binding decisions until you've been with the woman for at least 2 years. That's when the pink unicorn love goggles wear off and you begin to view the other person more realistically.
