I just came across this sub yesterday - and I wanted to voice how happy I am that I did. I don't even necessarily remember what I was looking for when I found it, but after reading u/NowBecoming "The Intelligent Alpha" post, I feel like I found what I was looking for.

I am a 26 year old guy that lives in a major metro area. I've always excelled academically and career-wise, but it never really translated into getting girls. As recently as a month ago, I decided to do something about it - I started working our almost daily and eating right. I also started taking active steps toward financial independence.

And somehow, like some divine clockwork, I stumbled upon TRP yesterday and the flame that began to burn just a few weeks earlier was fanned. This community has me pumped to just improve myself.

I just wanted to give a big thank you to everyone in this sub. I genuinely feel like I have started a new chapter of my life.
