Be reserved and do your job well. It's your job, not a social affair. Don't get caught up in social hierarchies. It will happen at some point, you'll want to mingle and be accepted etc. Go in there prepared for those minor feelings of wanted to be accepted, and then throw them out the fucking window. Be polite, remember good manners, like when to smile and say thank you etc. Learn how to be assertive without being aggressive. If you're seen as quiet and reserved then people will want to walk all over you. Arrive early, leave late. Prepare yourself for all manner of trivial obstacles being thrown in your direction. Office politics will do your fucking head in. If a colleague tried to gossip to you, you need to redirect their attention, not shut them down. Whether or not you see yourself as in a clique, plenty of women in the office will assign you to one anyway. Don't get involved in any gossip, arguments, disputes etc unless they directly relate to your workload and salary.

Continue to build your resume and leave at the best opportunity. I worked for 18 months in the mortgage lending business in the underwriting department. It was 95 percent female. I was a liaison between the mortgage brokers and underwriters who approved the loans. This was before swallowing the red pill. I quit. Wrote an email, unplugged my computer and walked out. Onward and upward.

Try to hide my clean eating diet as much as possible if it's a communal lunch area

This so much, didn't think it'd be that bad, started working 2 weeks ago at this warehouse during my summer break, where there's also HR/administration located, so a 3/1 female/male ratio i'd say during lunch, this bitch and her beta orbiter have been commenting on me eating beans+chicken for the last 2 weeks during lunch, today i couldn't have lunch during the normal hours, first thing she says when she sees me after lunch "oh Jesse where were you we missed your beans at lunch", i'm like really, i didn't even respond to it, these jealous people WILL give you a lot of shit for trying to eat clean/healthy so try to conceal it as much as possible and don't respond to it, let them be fat while you're making gains

Honestly i'll never see these people again after these 2 months so if they keep bugging me about it for another week i'll just tell them to shut it because it's just childish, it's important to keep frame but you shouldn't keep taking shit from people
