The only people I am likely to go at are ones who tell me to check my privilege. I am so sick of that fucking bullshit. I am a white, heterosexual male. I am a member of the least privileged class in western history. We are routinely biased against in everything from the news media to the draft board. We frequently lose custody of our children to unfit mothers simply because of our gender. We do the majority of the bleeding and dying in world conflicts, the majority of which are started by leftists, who then try to claim we are the ones responsible for worldwide violence.

We lose jobs to lesser qualified individuals so that HR departments can meet a diversity quota. We are made fun of by comedians, meme makers, and politicians. We can be raped, murdered, and emotionally abused by a woman and it is seen as a joke.

And through it all we are expected to go to work to provide the tax revenue that pays for all of it.

1000% this. I made the very stupid mistake of thinking Justice was blind. It's absolutely not. I was at the zenith of my career when my marriage fell apart. She found a Chad because I was gone so often. (This happens to like 80% of men in the military). She stopped even trying to hide that she was talking to this asshole. I calmly told her if she wanted to be with him she would leave my house and go be with him, and that I no longer owed her anything. That very night she called the police, told them I abused her, and that I was "in the military, acting crazy, and had loads of guns in the house." I was promptly met by a full swat team at my front door with weapons drawn. Despite being fully sober, cooperative, and there being no evidence of any kind of violence, I was thrown to the ground and zip tied like some hog or freshly killed wild game. They charged me with felony domestic violence, and without my permission or consent seized every weapon I owned. I lost my house, my savings, my gun collection, and my reputation in my career field. I did absolutely nothing wrong but it didnt matter. DO NOT BE THE SAME FOOL I WAS. Document everything. If you expect trouble LEAVE before it happens. Even if all you have are the clothes on your back, JUST GO! You will NOT be treated fairly.

Yep. And if he couldn't prove that he was gone, he would have to prove that he didn't abuse her instead of her proving that he did!

But, a lot of this can be remedied if the man understands due process, the law and equal protection. The thing is licensed lawyers are officers of the court and only represent the body that could have rights. Their allegiance is first to the State and then to themselves, and then maybe their "clients" if you can call them that. The woman, usually being a dependent of the State, is the States second priority (after themselves of course). So the male defendant becomes third or forth depending on how you see his relationship with his licensed defense attorney.

Men can avoid any kind of these shenanigans fairly easily with the courts, by declaring the exact jurisdiction of the charge and requiring the predisposition of evidence relating to the charge. Having an injured party witness testimony is not considered substantial on its own merits by any stretch. But if you brought any of this up with 'your' lawyer, you would find him unable to properly defend your position and the courts would just rule over his wishes. This is why people just think they need lawyers because even lawyers can't win. But really, lawyers can't win because they are not allowed to win, only the courts are. Lawyers sure did do a deception on nearly everybody alive in the world. It's amazing to me that everybody knows how corrupt they are but they still trust them to defend them in their courts!? What the fuck, that is those people fault. They went against their best judgement and instinct, and subsequently got their ass handed to them. "Well hur dur, justice doesn't exist anymore." I just don't have any patience for people that fail to understand that it does, but only for those people that can actually render it.
