I've been trying to switch job location where I work to more near where I grew up, I spent 10 years at this location and I want to return.

I've been doing job interviews via skype for a year, turns out that with females they say they will give good feedback and I never hear from them again. Only one called me again months later probably because we only talked by phone.

With males is about 2/2 gave me opportunity for the next phase but things unfortunatly didnt go forward.

Turns out almost all recruiters are females and I'm getting frustated and even wondering if I should even waste my time doing interviews with females.

Help me please. Anyone had similar experiences?
