Basic Christianity:

So: Do excellent work, go out of your way to treat her well, and move on when the project is over. Who knows, maybe you can share the gospel with her later because she's curious why you're kind to her when she treats you poorly.

In RP terms: Don't let how people treat you break your frame. You are a Christian first and foremost so act like a Christian. If you act mean, nasty, or contemptful back you are just proving her right, and not acting as a Christian should in the face of adversity.

Either you are an inexperienced teenager or, if you are an adult, you are emitting Gamma male traits and it repels women worse than if you rolled in excrement. Google "Vox Day" and/or "Vox Popoli" plus the word "Gamma" and read all the articles you can find on it. Also: "sociosexual hierarchy".

Vox is a Christian who has also written a lot of books. He invented the very accurate "sociosexual hierarchy". It is very revealing.

What you're actually asking is, "I like this girl, she is cute and I want her to like me, but she doesn't. How do I get her to like me?"

Don't ever try to get anyone to like you. Live in truth. Be polite. But get some life experience and become a confident, masculine man. Worrying about whether someone likes you are not is overtly feminine.

Tell her ' thats not how you flirt ' before coming to faith I read the "how to tease 'ladies'" from the main sub (it's an art that works wonders, but now I refrain from the main RP sub. Too degrading.)

Remember D.A.R.E.? agree and amplify? Why didn't you confront her playfully? just tease her.

At my last job some girl was rough, and manly since the first day, bordering on abusive. I just told her straight up if she was always this nice to everyone, i'd call her my best bud, and would tease her on taking her job too seriously representing it even outside of work walls, lol it was a fast food joint.

It was always amicable (learn to differentiate between her acting annoyed, and actually being annoyed!) she grew to be fond of me, even developing a crush on me. She'd even stay outside waiting for my ride because she didn't want me to stay by myself.

I was always nice, and respectful though. Teasing works wonders on women and men alike.

I would always dread having to work with her due to the stress of managing my frame around her. (some) women (especially wordly women) like to dig for chips in your frame, and get in through anyway they can. I dealt with downright disrespect infront of coworkers from her. Then, as you build a bond you find out that, that's just her 'frame' and you get to see it crumble before you since most gals don't know how to keep it together. That it really is just a part of a much, much larger problem with this society, and deep, deep down women aren't actually annoyed at you, but unsatisfied with their life, and how miserable they really are.(Genuine) love works marvels.

Anywho, frame is important. What really got me through was an actual disinterest in how they viewed me. Anxiety would eat me up, but i'd always remember I was there to make some dough not friends, and that their opinion dosent really matter because you know who you are. And fistbumps (handshakes). I think kino with humans is just as important to build physical trust. fistbumps, teasing, and an I don't care what you think about me mentality, dont actually just think it, live it.

Welp, good luck, and remember the goal is not to make her like you. Your a great person fearfully, and wonderfully made. Your there to get your job done, so don't even try to impress anyone. Really all I said can just be summarized by teasing, and not caring about other's opinions, but always sprinkle in some (genuine) love.

What are you 14? Just do the project and get on with your life. You never have to talk to the broad again after it’s over.

EDIT: Learn to tease women. Learn to game them. But not this one. You sound like you sperged a bit, already.
