After the defeat of Austria at the hands of Napoleon during the battle of Austerlitz the Prussians were in a comfortable position they did not join the coalition against Napoleon and he did not have any hostility towards them until Louise of Mecklenburg-Strelitz kept nagging her husband about being a coward and forced him with shaming language to declare war against the French Empire. Napoleon then destroyed them at Jenna and their Russian allies at Friedland. Long story short don't listen to women go with your own judgement. Thousands of men died needlessly because a women thought her husband should fight in a pointless conflict against someone who was not even looking to fight or invade or do anything of the sort lmao.
