Went out on New Years with girl, potential ltr. Very good night but she got on some bullshit when we got back to her place. Became super insecure, constantly asking validation questions, peeping over my phone, got the the point where I was checking my work group message and she said “why don’t you go out with (insert coworker)”

She posted a photo on snap of us out that night. I absent minded commented “should’ve posted that one we took at (insert location) we look better in it” to which she got all in a fit about and deleted the current one, started crying, and stormed off into her room and turned the lights off to which I left.

I know for a fact she is pmsing(she told me) and is likely to contact me again once she gets over this. What would be the best way to go about this? Forgive and demote? If so with what boundaries?
