21(gf) wants to be a platonic couple and im(21m) not okay with it

been dating my gf for 8 months but she told me a week she no longer wanted to have sex with me but think our relationship would be better if we just became platonic partners and see other ppl but remain a couple
first i told her no way and what she wanted made no sense
but then she guilt-tripped me into saying our emotional connection is way more important and that sex with me is just too romantic for her
so i agreed to be her friend and continue
but now after talking with some friends. I realized that I only want to be with her and not share her with others. and what she wants doesn't consider my feelings but only hers.

should i just stop talking to her or let her know i changed my mind

yesterday she made a big deal about on me insta saying how im the most special man in her world and shes loves me to death
which literally has put me in an uncomfy position because now im gonna be the asshole in our social group
