Misuse of #metoo sounds like exactly the right thing to do.

Example:

“I think women today are narcissistic, entitled, carousel riding, fake rape accusers. “

As do most accusations of sexually inappropriate acts, nothing new, metoo is the new cry wolf and there's diddly dick you can do.

#metoo won't go away, but it has divided women. For every one legitimate accusation, there are 30+ more and this creates an issue. Women in the business world brought it up first when the higher ups refused to mentor them for fear of false accusations. Those who represent women in the media turned women into toxic prospects.
