I am a senior in high school, found you lot freshman year. This community has made high school so much easier for me. The ability to give hot girls absolutely zero fucking attention and focus on my classes is so valuable.

Now some of you might not consider me fully MGTOW because I'm still interested in finding a good woman to have a family with. What MGTOW has done for me is make me realize I can have standards, standards that eliminate 99% of women from the dating pool. That standard is quite simply "If I'm staying a virgin until marriage, you do the same". I've been called sexist at school for my views because I believe in traditional 1950s gender roles.

During these 4 years I went through a relationship. Girl is one of the nicest people I know, go to the same church, know for sure she isn't a whore (cute enough to date, not cute enough to be a thot). I never liked her as much as she liked me, but I was just happy anyone wanted to spend time with me. Lasted a year and a half before she figured out I wasn't going to be a doormat. Only spent about $200 over a year and a half, not bad.

On the other hand, I have a bad case of oneitis for a girl. To the point where I don't think I can love anyone else as much as I love her. I know for sure she's not a whore either even though she's a 10. We're good friends, have the same taste in music, both very smart. Likely the only reason I'm here instead of in a happy relationship is because she's popular and I'm very not. I'll probably carry that for the rest of my life, but that just makes it all the easier to not be a simp. I know I'm not going to get the girl I want, and single is far better than anyone else.
