No. Because love and hate exist on the same spectrum. It’s merely a different expression of attachment.

To walk away and thus be detached is truly different. This is why females take it as the biggest disrespect when a man can turn down sex or a relationship with her when she’s offering.

It's a stupid idea that people have that we hate women. I don't hate at all. I just see the truth and refuse to allow myself to be hurt. It's like saying I hate lions. No I don't. But I stay away from them because I don't want to get mauled to death.
