Greetings, hope this message finds you safe going your own way. Today I only went outside twice. Once to go to a dentist appt. and once to work, in a female dominated hospital, for 4 hours. Here is a list of things that I am doing to minimize my chances of catching Covid-19:

  1. Don’t touch my face with my hands.

  2. Avoid the elevators and the treatment team meeting room at work.

  3. Avoid all groups of people and people who potentially have been around lots of other people.

  4. If I come in contact with a sick person, immediately leave the area as if they are highly contagious.

  5. Do not shake hands.

  6. Wash hands immediately every time I come back into my office.

  7. Drink my coffee at work from a disposable cup and throw it away each day.

  8. Do not bring home recyclables, from work, until further notice.

  9. Wipe down my 3 phones, garage door opener, card, keyboard, mouse, 2 light switches and 10 handles each afternoon.

  10. Wash hands immediately every time I come back into my house.

  11. Make my own food and coffee.

  12. Wash keys each evening.

So far there are only 11 confirmed USA Covid-19 deaths (Listed here are 13 because the media has sent out conflicting information):
