I'm fairly new to mgtow lifestyle. Prior to my change to mgtow, I've only had any experience with women.

I think it's really cool and admirable to live a life as an independent man and focus on improving myself. I've been very happy with my new lifestyle choice. Much happier than I've been before.

That being said, I'm having a hard time adjusting to one part of mgtow. And that's the men sex. Like if I am doing the penetration, I can kinda just zone out until it's over. But when it comes to receiving.... I'm just not used to the sensation. As I said, I've only had experience with women in the past, so it's a bit difficult for me to make such a big change.

Is there anything I can do to make the transition smoother (no pun intended)? Also, is there like a set minimum? Of men I mean? I've just been doing whatever feels satisfactory. Is there some sort of quota of men per week?
