No, it's a "divorce rate" so it will be number of lsebian divorces divided by number of lesbian marriages.

"3/4 married couples divorce, so it's 75% divorce rate"

I would suggest the data looks at the number of divorces for all same sex marriages and then works out the percentage retrospectively.

So for every 100 same-sex divorces, 75 are lesbian and 25 are homosexual relationships, therefore 75% of same-sex divorces are from lesbian relationships.

The US CDC publishes it and it is fairly easy to check.

Other countries and private institutions also have such data and collect them. It's very accurate since they are basing it on official records, instead of simply asking on pools or trying to expand it from a small sample.

Edit: they do pools too, but those usually are still more detailed due to $$

Basically, for every woman you add to a marriage, you double the divorce rate, regardless of whether you measure it as "in x years" or "ever" or "by 40 years old"...

So, basically:

married gay men: x%

married man and woman 2x%

married lesbian women 4x%

Best data for it actually comes out the Scandinavian countries, where it was legal first, and so the longest data sets are available.
