For one, the Atlantic is one of the better leftist rags put there. Here at least they point out the discrepancies on dating from feminists of all people.

But with that being said, a criticism. Notice how they only poll people in places like San Francisco. You'd think that given that they push for so much "cultural diversity" they'd be polling people in say, Miami, Sam Antonio or Brooklyn. Or they'll go for immigrant communities. But no. They're so biased they only poll people they think agree with them. Fuck them Cubans, Poles or Somalis right? For all we know they're all a bunch of mysoginist men who keep their women at home making sauerkraut while they go to the nearby pub to get drunk.

And it's interesting that they seem obliged to mention the LGBTQWXTSZ community since they seem to have some sort of insight into gender relations, seeing that they can morph into genders like Power Rangers. Now I'm not much of an expert but I've interacted with gay and lesbian couples in the past. And you know what I've learned? Surprise, gender roles still apply. For instance, we happen to have a butchy lesbian working at our shop. And I'll say that I actually get along with her just fine, mostly because this is one of the few women that I know that's willing to pitch in for food or beer. Well, she's going out with this pretty young lady. And as soon as I saw her, I knew instantly who's the man. Mostly because I hear my coworker is a pretty big drinker and her gf gets to stay home and cook she has to put up with her drunkenness and foul language. You know, just like hetero women. I actually laugh at this because imagine scenarios where say , they get into fights (and apparently domestic violence is big among lesbians). At some point someone's gonna take the role of the abusive husband and the other of the submissive wife. Which oddly enough, you'll see that more commonly in lesbian couples than even in hetero couples. Ironically, lesbian couples have adapted the patriarchy's evil ways. Not too progressive.

Dating under 30 has turned into a bizarre wasteland of constantly changing new “rules” and depressed sluts. Reading that article, it’s clear these young people are all twisted around trying to force themselves to deny biology and being miserable and confused over it.
