I’m big into metal. Anything that sounds heavy and fast and aggressive. I also appreciate the slower melodic stuff, Black metal, anything really. It’s all great to me. I have about 300 metalhead “friends” across social media and it’s interesting to see how they all act online.

40% of the posts are something along the lines of some self absorbed tough guy bullshit like “U no I’m a real mf and I’ll be straight with u no matter what. That’s just how I roll. If you got something to say about it, you better not say it to my face cause I’ll end you” pure cringy self validated nonsense that still, somehow, brings in 30+ likes.

The other 40% of the posts are the most white knight BS I’ve ever read. Literally just posts that say something like “if I ever see you hit a girl in the mosh pit, I will stop the show and come beat ur ass. NO1 hits ladies on my watch. There is NO reason to ever hit a woman. Mosh pit or not”

The last 20% is stuff I can tolerate - music promotion, cool live videos, merch sales. But seriously, you’d think for a bunch of people who scream about murdering each other and blackness and death, they wouldn’t be such giant cucked pussies.
