I've been monk for almost two years what works for me is rembering how bad women are and if you forget go to a mall food court and watch how entitled these women are 20mins of watching that and you be like I am not putting up with that again

Well, things you have to do. You got to occupy and distract yourself. Urges can be tough, but managable 1.) Delete all the porn on your computer 2.) Get out of your house and do things 3.) Lift weights or do some exercise. 4.) Meditate 5.) Read a book 6.) Eat better and cut back on sugar 7.) Take cold showers
