If you're on this journey, and are a little lost, you may be looking at material to build you value. Don't buy into it, unless it is GYOW orientated. A lot of self-improvement stuff is based on you building value that is judged and rewarded by other people. If it's aimed at men, whether it's from a PUA/other, it's about building your externals up for woman's attention.

Build your value for you, not others. There are sharks out there who still need you to believe in the Disney story and want you back on the plantation. Value must be Self orientated and validated.
