I remember when r/thewall was thought up. it happened in this forum. the subreddit doesn't get too much traction, but it's fun, though usually a rehash of some good post wall photos posted here already.

about a year ago i noticed some weird posts. posts of men, but they were bad examples of hitting the wall, mostly men who had eaten and drank theirselves into the wall with some celebrity lifestyle.

then r/menofthewall was formed. clearly a response by women to r/thewall. it was laughable. men do not hit the wall like women. one can think of numerous examples from Robert Redford to Leo to Daniel Day Lewis to Tom Cruise. men whom in their 50's still look great. whereas there has never been a woman over 40 without makeup that looks good.

I always assumed the men there were mostly mgtow types. but no, every time i'd leave a comment like, "she looks disgusting" i'd get a reply like "like you're any better" or "she looks great here".

Then recently i just made a post with this disgusting new image of Anne Hathaway from her new trailer and was voted "not the wall' and told "she looks great here".
