No it was deleted by the mods. Really? Why was a guy trying to face his fears about his stuttering not a MGTOW issue? Fuck me. Of all the communities that he should post to, this sub is the one.

Would love to hear the rationale behind deleting a post of a guy trying to tell us his story.

Anyway, here's the reply I wanted to write:

I'm sure you have tried these things but meditation and breathing exercises can help. The vast majority of stutterers stutter due to psychosomatic reasons rather than physical.

The breathing exercises are good because stuttering is due to the tightening of the throat so it's important to learn how to relax it. The meditation practices are absolutely critical because you must understand that you need to tell the world to fuck off, and you need to learn how not to care about what the outside world thinks.

I run a large autistic support group and it's the same with the autistic. Their #1 stress is the inability to fully participate in the neurotypical world. They feel they are square pegs in a round world, and they are. But the key is to get them not to care. The key is to get them to understand that they are worthy of participating in life based on who they are. That they themselves have value. And you know what happens when they start to not care and believe in their value? The round world starts coming to them.

I stuttered until I was about 21, so would have liked to see the post also.
