At work it took me and a coworker (male) 2 minutes to make a decision on what we were doing.

This lady at work (who has the same job) spent 50 minutes looking over everything going through each scenario to make her decision... bringing over other coworkers, managers, seniors etc.

In the end us men who spent 2 minutes making our decisions were correct and the woman was wrong in her assumption.

In the end she was praised for doing this and making sure the answer was right...

So why was she not punished for wasting everyone’s time? Why were we not praised because it only took us 2 minutes?

And now the boss has a bad taste in their mouth about us because of her.... it just seems ass backwards.
