In my 40s. This helped me in my 20s:

Staying busy helps. Having a couple different hobbies you can juggle will help you from getting too bored with one or the other in the long run.

Have a career or two in mind before you're army time is up. Consider going into business for yourself someday.

Also remember that people will use you any chance they get so be very careful who you get advice from.

20s are mostly about laying a good foundation for the empire building you do in the next chapters of adulthood.

Dont forget to actually appreciate learning disapline and keeping your own shit together to Milspec levels....

Your lucky to be red pilled at such a young age while in the army. I was in active for 4 years, 20-24, blue pilled as mother fucker the whole time. Thankfully never had kids or got married. What I would recommend is listening to red pill/MGTOW content daily. Avoid all the dumb blue pilled white knight soldiers who will try to push their bullshit on you. Take up hobbies, you are young enough where you could become a master at whatever your interested in before 30, while most guys around you will waste their youth chasing pussy and drinking.

I found this video below from an old mentor very helpful, it's a channel I've made with over 100 red pilled videos I found very helpful incase you need some content to keep your mind occupied.

Bro u gotta stay busy cuz I just blew through a whole week of nofap and self improvement so quickly. You just need to set daily goals. Mine are 1 to make a YouTube vid daily. Then to apply for scholarships and then the 3rd is to make sure to learn about forex. The point is set 3 goals daily
