Women are the main ones that do this shit.
90% of the outfits they see on their favorite celebs are not made for their body type. Kim K and Beyonce have money for tailors and specially made clothes that are made for their exact bodytypes.
High waisted pants are for tall slim women. Half tops are for women with nice stomachs, gym clothes look good on women who look like they go to the gym.
Guys are all basically shaped the same, so we can all wear the same shit.
