I have heard far too many stories of relationships breaking up from the women not feeling like she was getting enough affection from him BC "He hardly ever complimented me anymore! I dont feel like he still loves me!"

If your ego is that fragile that you need constant and continuous validation that he thinks you're pretty, then your feeling may be correct, but its not his fault.
