Try not to worry so much about the future. It will all come. Just keep doing you and doing good things and good things will come in return.

First; quit worrying about women. Let them go. Like you have a plan to not get involved with any of them in any way, ever again.

Second; establish productive habits, even if you start out with only one thing a day and keep building up. just like lifting weights. gotta make it a habit, and then push a little bit harder every day.

Third, bank money, so you can afford to get out of your situation into a better one, if possible buy land, even if all it has is a shack on it.

Fourth, work towards self sufficiency on all levels.

Humans are mostly glad handers looking for a personal benefit, and the current social dynamics are almost feudal.

Women now, are pretty much out of the question. if you go for them only a matter of time until now will seem like the good old days.

Some advice is deeply philosophical, and then there's practical advice. So, here's some of that:

1.-Quit social media and the news. This should include reddit as well, but start with the most harmful sites like Instagram

2.-Meditate often. A few minutes per day will make a difference in the long term

3.-Eat well and keep excercising. Try to eliminate sugar and alcohol from your life.

4.-Use your mental space wisely. The bigger the goal, the more mental space it occupies, thus try to have only one or (at most) two big goals that get all of your attention. Similarly, pay as little attention as you can to things that don't pertain to your goals.

5.-Porn won't help you control your sexual desire, the relief is only temporary and it'll make things worse in time.

5.5.-WARNING: UNRELIABLE: if your sexual desire is out of control, use the Coolidge effect to your advantage. Get a single female to have regular sex with until you're literally bored of fucking her. Then you'll realize that sex isn't anything special and you'll have an easier time controlling your urges.

6.-Life is a game, so relax and have fun. Easier said than done sometimes. Memento mori

Delete all social media except reddit. Thank me later. Next, you'll need to take care of the sexual needs, get a real deal fleshlight, spend good money on it. Buy a premium subscription. Trust me, it takes a bit of getting used to the fleshlight but the PNC is supurb and necessary for keeping proper mindframe. Use it regularly. Next, work hard, get a job that makes you feel like a man, or if not that, make it a point to do lots of physical activity. Sounds lame, but you'll get addicted to the high that comes from all those muscles working and the endorphins in your brain will keep your mood up. Focus on you, get massages when your body hurts, or buy massage tools like I do. Invest in your hobbies, and get involved with men who also enjoy them. Self love bro, self love above all.

Always put the work first. You should target something that is in demand, challenging, and, ideally, enjoyable. I heard for years computers were the way, and thankfully I eventually pursued it (before I was completely over the hill). Health, too, is important - exercise, sleep, and good nutrition. And recreation. If people don't support such interests, then they are expendable. Always better to be alone than in bad company. Respect yourself and don't respect others not respecting you.

Motivations primary function is to get you moving. Discipline, dedication and consistency are what carry you the rest of the way. Most women on social media are big fat liars, shameless posers and attention whores. Ignore the B.S. they post.

And it would serve you well to get that word "fair" out of your head. Sounds cliche, but life isn't fair. never was. At times, it can be mutually equitable, or lean in your favor, but it will drive you crazy if you keep expecting "fairness" in your life. Your primary focus should be self improvement, bettering yourself, not chasing women. that will only lead to eventual misery.
