Introduction

Since TRP for a large part consists of ideas rather than practical advice, this post attempt to put the main ideas in a more practical format. Please note that since this is a practical guide, I won't be going into details in the underlying concepts and gender dynamics, as these are thoroughly discussed in other posts.

SMV

The core principle in TRP theory is Sexual Market Value. Women date up, not down, so in order to be more attractive to women, work on yourself in order to improve. In order to improve your looks, you should lift, dress better, groom yourself well, improve your posture and eye contact etc. It is important to focus on the areas that you can control.

Behaviour/game

I am aware that behaviour is also a part of SMV, but since we're not discussing semantics here I decided to split it. This section is focussed on interactions with women, while the SMV section basically focusses on general conduct.

When dealing with women the #1 mistakes men make is act in a supplicating ("beta"/providing) manner. They agree with everything women say, have no spine and are a general walkover. You should put yourself first and pursue your own interests (see how this relates to the SMV part). That's why success stories often involve men basically saying "fuck you" to their LTR and walking away to do their own thing. Applying TRP mentality in practice comes down to doing things that you want to do.

In terms of behaviour also remember that men act. So many men claim they want to fuck women, yet they move no muscle to actually do it. They expect a girl in their bed with her legs spread when they get home. It's a mans job to get her there, so act and escalate. "Just do it" would be a better one sentence solution than "just be yourself". You're a man and want to fuck women, so act on that desire.
