Summary
Sometimes a natural alpha will become a beta, and later learn to be alpha again.
I first want to state that I read English a lot better than I write. I have found this site very good and hope my words will able to understand and helpful.
Body
My father was a partner at a big company, and he retired with 8 digits. In my early years (up until 9), I learn the most from my dad and with him being as alpha as can be, I was naturally confident and social (for a 9 year old). I would go outside by myself and explore around me, I was not afraid to talk to kids older than me, adults, or girls. I would feel confident always. As my dad continued to grow in his career, I started to see less of him as he work very late hours and go to frequent business trips.
After that, my mother start to have more influence on me. I became sensitive and was even proud of it because of all the praise i got from my mom's friends! I knew this boy called amir, he was my age and sometimes shoot basketball with him. But I later find him to be very annoying person and I did not want to be his friend anymore. So he call me one day and ask if I wanted to play with him, I said no and my mom became very upset with me. She said I was rude and that this boy did not have many friends so it is bad for me to tell him no. Next day same thing happens but this time my mom force me to go hang out with him. My mom taught me that I must be sensitive to other people's feelings. There this was very bad lessons for me.
I became mama's boy, I would feel terrible whenever my dad put her in her place. My dad never hit my mom, I would feel bad just because he yelled at her! I start to resent my dad and I became timid, shy, afraid of talking to girls and bullied by other boys. I stay this way for all of high school.
When I moved out of my house and started to work, I learned to be a man again. I learned to not listen to lessons that my mother gave me, and slowly I became alpha again! I respected my dad more than ever, and began to learn more his way, the alpha way. However, what I was learning was only things that I was doing before! So I think of myself as both natural and learned alpha, because I experience my first years as alpha, but later I had to learn how to be alpha again
Lessons learned
- Natural alpha can also be a learned alpha.
- Your mother teach you to be woman, not man.
- All of us are natural and learned alphas. We all learn from experience but in the end we are all men, so we all are natural alphas. Does the phrase "unnatural alpha" make sense?
there doesn't seem to be anything here
