Work hard, save your money, take some local short vacations to places you want to see, explore more of the world by yourself and I think your world will open up for you.

There is a lot to see and do once you have money, time and an explorer/adventurer attitude.....give it a try and see if it works for you.

There's nothing wrong with that, if that's YOUR way.

I personally think men are better off when they have a true passion, but not everyone is built like that. If you do find something that truly ignites a fire in you, I know that you will evolve beyond this (if that's what you desire).

Either way, if you are comfortable where you are or where you're going who are we to tell you that you're wrong?

Don’t join a gym, lift some weights at home and maybe go for a jog/cycle. Depending on the climate where you live you can wear a mask to hide your face, or do it at night.

Also, lay off the masturbation. If you are doing this compulsively it will give the same effect as behind dependant on drugs. The symptoms you describe are similar to mine when I overdid various types of recreational drugs, and booze. Total paranoia and wanting to be alone.

I agree with the comments that you sound depressed-just barely making it through the workday to come home, lock myself inside, and sleep as much as possible was my exact M.O. when I was depressed.

You would probably benefit from regular exercise. Humans evolved fighting and running for survival, not the sedentary lifestyle that technology has made possible.

Meditate, I was amazed at what I was actually thinking when I took the time to watch my thoughts.

Also have your hormones tested, especially your free testosterone and thyroid. They can take away your motivation to do anything.

Read some books man, you're the one who is able to turn things around. No one else will do it for you. Start reading Can't hurt me by David Goggins or get yourself a copy of Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. Implement the teachings of the books into your life and you will, most definitely, find peace, freedom and happiness. Don't become a victim of your own thoughts and remember that we become what we think about. Stay hard brother.
