First, I'd keep a record of all your correspondence, in today's day and age as a man you are guilty until proven innocent. If she doesn't even respect your boundaries, there is nothing stopping her from shredding your reputation and even freedom to bits. As the ancient adage goes, hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. I've had to switch phone numbers and email addresses in the past. "Let us just stay friends"

"We could be friends with benefits" (only if you wanna bang her and ATTENTION this can backfire hard)
"I don't want to be in a relationship right now"

Or simply honest truth and do what i did.
