I think it's good she's actually saying what a lot of us are thinking.

Women act like total bitches at work when they don't get what they want (making up lies), and use their sexuality as a weapon to get what they want.

As for OP's question - I wouldn't add value. The conversation isn't honest enough, and women don't understand a male point of view.
