Give up your trad con thinking and shed the fears of change. Everything you're thinking is your brain going down a slippery slope due to a glorification of the past and that things change. Any change you're thinking has minimal impact on you even in its worst case scenario.

How is western civilization being "destroyed"? Compared to 20 years ago? What, precisely, is being destroyed?

Glorifying the past, concern of the present, and fear of the future is no way to go through life. It just hampers you.

MGTOW is all about adjusting to a changing game surface or not participating at all, dealers choice. I highly doubt your country or culture is being invaded or destroyed, although there are plenty of political groups desperate to convince you that's happening.

Just be ready for the day of reckoning, which is when the govt runs out of other people's money.

1- Have 3 weeks of [non-perishable] food and water

2- Buy a gun and learn how to use it (shotgun preferred, second choice is high-capacity handgun/revolver). Make a hobby out of it, maybe go shooting, etc.

3- Have smokes and booze to use for barter

Change what you can change, always vote, and just prepare yourself.

Assuming you're referring to America, we're Capitalists, which means all you need to have a good life here is a little bit of Money. Work hard. Stack your money. Protect your money from taxes, overly risky investments, and most importantly, from another human who wants to marry you.

Insulate yourself from the next market crash, and be prepared to buy when everyone has to sell. 2008 sucked for most people, then there were the people who were prepared. Think about it - guess who bought all those homes our parents couldn't afford anymore, and where are they now?

We're not losing our guns, and we're certainly not ever going to lose the first amendment. Remember, most of Reddit is a vocal minority of kids and Europeans who think r/politics is some proving ground for how America "really thinks" lol except we all know who the president is, and why.

Plan, prepare and execute, plan your exit and prepare to leave get money and influence once your country hit rock bottom you can get together with others that left before the killing to rebuild your country stronger. I'm not saying that it is easy or even possible, but is something you can aim at to give you some direction.

Build a business. Get a hobby. Buy some land and build a small home. Pay off your debts. Develop residual income. Plant a garden.

Literally NONE of that is affected by cultural decline. In fact, it will insulate you.

These are the thoughts of a Tradcon, something I can identify with, without knowing you're specific situation I can only give broad generalized suggestions.

-Move to a Rural area if you haven't already, I don't mean 100 miles out into the forest of Idaho, but pick a small town in an area that appeals to you that you can have a career in and make decent money.

This will do 2 things, first, it will put you closer with people that are similar to you, second, as a byproduct of being closer to people who are of similar mind to you, your City, County, State Governments will have more conservatives in power and your liberties will be chipped away slower. America is a very long way away from stripping states rights, in fact the shit will probably hit the fan long before that ever happens. Also as a side bonus many of these areas are a lot less fucked up than the bigger cities. The flyover states still have full churches, welcoming communities, and an atmosphere where you can do mostly what you wanna do and not get fucked with by anyone within reason.

-Spend your money on traditionally masculine hobbies - Hunting, Fishing, Racing, Fighting, etc.

Getting connected with other people that believe the same as you do is by far the best way to cope in my opinion. Going out and doing Guy shit with other Men is by far the easiest way to do this.

- As miserable as the situation is, find a way to have a sense of humor about everything.

It's not a fun situation watching society crumble, but humor makes everything better.
