I'm usually very upfront and honest with people about most of my views, and children are no exception. I do not like them, I dropped out of high school and went to college early because my peers were, mentally, children. If I ever had any I would be eternally miserable. This results in people telling me their honest feelings about their own children because they know I won't tell anyone, and I wont judge them.

You'd be surprised how many of them regret that decision, and if a magic lamp with a genie was found that gave them a do over, they'd do it. Most people just do things in life not thinking about the entire outcome of their decisions, and then are surprised when things are harder than they expected.
