Can vouch for this. You may think you know how much of a cold, heartless, opportunistic bitch a woman (or even YOUR woman) can be.. but it's not until she knows 100% that the relationship is over that the mask truly comes off and you find yourself staring into the dark abyss of her soul (especially where money or kids are involved).

Oh man, this is so true. I really thought I knew my wife before, but she changed SO MUCH once she left me, it curdled my blood to see she was suddenly capable of such instant cruelty. My ability to trust anyone in general was changed along with it.
