I'd take option two. That way when you get back in contact with your kid(s) when they are adults, you can tell them you didn't abandon them, the state stole them from you.

You may think you'll get to see your kids in situation one, but you won't. Because the foster family can just ignore the visitation guidelines.

Find a good lawyer. Expect to pay with no guarrantee of winning.

If in doubt generate local negative publicity for local government figures who arent helping you.

i think there is a guy related to misandrytoday, called mgtowlaywer or something, some streams a year old, he helps mgtows out in advice on these types. don't remember the handle

Either way, you have to shop for a good lawyer, they will all steal your money and since they dont get paid on performance, you are effed, also reach out to terencepopp, see if he knows mgtow laywers, even if they are from another state, they can advice atleast how to shop for a good lawyer and what you can epect to happen.

I agree with above. Just cause someone is a lawyer doesnt make them a good lawyer. There are lots of lawyers out there who dont know what they are doing and quite frankly dont care or want the hassle of a challenging case.

You need an specialist lawer who has actually dealt with this kind of stuff before and won.

However from my untrained legal perspective (my brother married a single mother so we all panicked about child support if they divorced for the kid that wasnt his) so I did a lot of research and he had to see a lawyer as well.

In the UK the way it would be would be as follows.... (assuming some similarities in US law)

If you married the childs mother and the child spends then spends the required number of nights in your residence with you per year (assuming they moved in with you) then you become the childs primary care giver and liable for child support payments in the eyes of the law regardless of you adopted the child or not. The threshold in uk its about 185ish nights per year.

If you didnt go over the time spent together threshold ever in a year and didnt adopt the child either then if you divorce from the partner then legally speaking it makes it more difficult to prove you were a primary care giver and wouldnt have visitation rights assigned so easily / or be making child suppprt payments either.

The reason why I say all that is because if you meet the criteria for child support payments then you would have more of a legal ground to spend time with them.

At best it would only ever be a 50/50 situation anyway if she isnt a total degenerate.

You havent mentioned anything about if you are going to be paying ongoing child support or not for this child. You also havent mentioned if your are divorced either or just seperated.

Tbh if you get with a single mother there is always the risk that she will just use you whilst she struggles with being a single parent/money then she ditches you later on for someone better/more exciting when her circumstances improve and she doesnt need you anymore.

Are you interested in going on a Mgtow stream and talk about your case and situation just to let other people know how fucked the gynocentric court systems are and maybe also get some thoughts or advice as well? TFM has a show every saturday 7pm pst that takes guests to talk about these kinds of stuffs, divorce cases, lawsuits, and other mgtow related stuffs.

Don't take it as like actual legal advices from these streams, but treat it as more brainstorming, at least it'll help other men learning from your case so that's already a positive.

In yesterday's show there's a guest who talked about his two divorce cases as well and he was able to sort of get the better end out of both of them:
