It's not entirely true. Men have multiple sex partners at the same time too.

However, men are open about it. Even when cheating on their wives, I've seen some men who overcompensate or simply have a side-chick and wouldn't dump their wife for the side-chick. I'm talking in general terms here.

I think it's because men don't correlate happiness with sex. Women end up correlating everything with sex.

The capacity to love is more unconditional in men than it is in women. I've yet to see a women do as much for a man as much as a man has historically done for women. Even if men cheat, they still take care of their wives. When women cheat, all hell breaks loose because they start ignoring the husband, they wreck the family, and end up talking all your money.

The question is: do women have a conscience? It's very rare to find a woman who has a conscience and a woman who knows the meaning of empathy.
