I don't exactly know who came up with that quote, but it's one of the most powerful ones I heard.

Isn't it funny how you are taught the complete fairytale side of life when you're young? Then, you hit a certain age only to find out that everything you knew is a lie?

I think this is why many people are depressed. They know that hope is almost impossible to have because everything they ever had faith in can turn on you. That's why I love that quote.

I'm not here to explain my story as it's basically the same shit many of you went through. I'm just here to say that you'll inevitably experience bullshit. So much bullshit that could make or break you.

I can tell you that I admittedly don't trust women. I'm not here to hate on them. I'm just happy that coming across this sub and other subs, I'm glad that it solidified how I actually felt all along. I was fucked over by people I thought could never do that to you. So it's a shitty feeling.

I'm glad that feminism allowed us to see the truth about relationships. I'm glad because it teaches me to stay the fuck away from them. I'm even constantly hounded by my mother to create children and I tell her everytime that it can't happen. I try to explain to her how much if a fucked up situation that'll place me in, but it seems to go in one ear and out of the other. Now I apply logic I learned from here and she doesn't have the best reactions guys, lol.

Anyways, think of these words. Any new members who may come across this, I direct this post to you. I came here lost myself and I'm found now. I have the people here who helped so maybe MY words will help you.
